PC.Solutions.Net has developed an MS SQL based Document Management System for Houston based Bubbles Enterprises.

Bubbles was using paper files to archive human resources and accounting related information. With PCSN designed document management system Bubbles was able to digitize all existing paper documents and save on real estate for paper storage.
Other benefits that Bubbles enjoyed with rolling out the new system were the ability to search for any document in the system based on keywords, pull up any document and view it in PDF format and fax, email or print the document with a few clicks. The retrieval process reduced retrieval times from days to a mere seconds.

The system includes integrated scanning, annotation, markup and note attachment capabilities along with enhanced speeds for remote users. And since the application is web based, access is seamless from anywhere on the internet onsite or offsite.
