Website Design - What screen resolution to target
Everyone wants to have their website to give users the same experience no matter what the users screen size/resolution is, but let's face the fact, screen resolution does effect website experience.
I get asked the question often, especially by web developers, what is the most common type of screen resolution. Well, to identify this we started capturing data on screen resolution for people who visited our VOIP blog Voipwonders.com. This is what we found:
As you can see, 1024x768 is the most prevalent screen resolution.
