As you are probably aware, on Sunday March 11, 2007 at 2:00am Daylight Savings Time will change.
Your corporate machines should be fine, if they are being proactively maintained. Your email/groupware servers should already have been patched and as far as your home machines are concerned, please make sure that they are up to date.
