PCSN Loaner Management System can be used to track loaner vehicles in service stations. When customers get their vehicles to the service station, they are given with a backup vehicle while their vehicles are under service at the workshop. Loaner Management System has all the vehicles listed which are available for issuance to the customers.

This system allows marking the current damages on any vehicle before checking out to the customers in order to track the damages made by the customer. When customer gets back the vehicle to the service station, it is re-evaluated and if new damages are found by the customer, service station may bill the customer for damages occurred under his custody.



Loaners are normally issued for a specific period of time, so the system sends reminder emails to the service station manager notifying the specific loaner is due come back, hence the service station may charge the customer if the loaners are not checked in on specified date.

Once all the damages are fixed for any vehicle, the damages can be removed from the system by just pointing the damaged areas on the vehicle image with mouse clicks.

After customer checks in the loaner vehicle, it is available in the list of available loaners for issuance to another customer.
