"When I was just a 17 year old boy growing up in Pakistan with a dream to make a difference with Technology. I never thought it was going to happen, because the American Embassy denied my visa, and Pakistani boys only get one chance. But I did not give up, and risking it all, I managed to make it here and eventually become a citizen by using technology. Now my mission is to change the whole world with technology!"

Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT issue. It is a leadership, risk, and trust issue.

NBC News

I appeared as a cyber security expert on an NBC TV discussing the reported breach of the CANVAS system, a platform used by millions of students and educators.

When a breach impacts students, the consequences go far beyond a technical incident. It affects families, schools, privacy, trust, and the digital safety of the next generation.

The deeper lesson is this: when students are impacted, we are not only dealing with a present-day cybersecurity problem. We are touching the future.

This segment reinforces one of the core principles I speak about often: leaders cannot wait for pressure to reveal the cracks in their systems. They must build structure before the breach, before the crisis, and before trust is lost.

In a recent CBS segment, I was reminded of something that applies far beyond television or the studio.
Leadership is easy to talk about when things are calm.
Pressure is where the truth shows up.
One of the biggest lessons I keep coming back to is this:
Pressure does not create the leader. It exposes the leader.

Takeaway:
Do not wait for a crisis to find out where your gaps are. Build clarity, structure, and accountability before the pressure hits.
That is how confidence becomes real.

Leadership is not tested when everything is easy. It is tested when there is uncertainty, pressure, and no clear path forward.

In this ABC-TV feature, I share the journey from coming to America to building businesses, overcoming setbacks, and learning the lessons that shaped how I lead. The greatest lesson was that leadership is not about titles, power, or having all the answers. It is about taking responsibility, making clear decisions under pressure, and creating certainty for others when circumstances are uncertain.

This conversation reminded me that the story isn't about where you start—it's about how deliberately you build what comes next. Thanks CBS!

From the halls of MIT to a conversation with Michael Richards (Kramer from Seinfeld), I'm reminded that the best leaders—like the best performers—turn constraints into creativity. That's how innovation really scales.

It was a privilege to connect with Michael Richards (Kramer from Seinfeld) at MIT in Boston. What struck me most about our conversation was his clarity of vision—he emphasized that true innovation isn't just about new ideas, it's about executing them with discipline and courage.

Takeaway: Great ideas without bold action remain just dreams. The difference-makers are those who execute consistently, even when the path is uncertain.

A moment that blends recognition, purpose, and pride—reminding me that when you speak from the heart and lead with vision, the impact resonates beyond the room. Grateful for the platform, the people, and the mission to keep using technology to inspire, protect, and transform lives.

My journey has always been fueled by one obsession: using technology to change the world. In this talk at Harvard, I share how a simple curiosity with computers turned into a lifelong mission: building solutions that don't just fix problems but transform lives and businesses.

Standing at the MIT Maker Hub in Boston was a reminder that innovation thrives where ideas meet execution. At MIT, I was inspired by conversations about how creativity, discipline, and persistence come together to create breakthroughs. For me, the biggest takeaway was that true progress happens when vision is paired with relentless follow-through—exactly the mindset I bring back to my work every day.

Speaking at the New York City Bar Association was a powerful reminder that technology isn't just about tools—it's about trust. In a room full of legal minds, I saw firsthand how deeply cybersecurity, automation, and digital innovation impact industries far beyond IT. My biggest takeaway? Every profession is now a tech profession. The future belongs to those who are bold enough to adapt, secure enough to lead, and curious enough to keep learning.

Honored to speak at the historic New York Academy of Medicine—where science, policy, and purpose meet. I shared how technology, when wielded with integrity and innovation, can heal systems just as medicine heals people. Whether it's cybersecurity or patient data automation, the mission remains the same: to protect, empower, and transform lives.

Coming To America

What if the moment your life fell apart was actually the moment your destiny began?

At seventeen years old, Nadeem Azar boarded a plane from Pakistan to America with nothing but $500, a single suitcase, and a vision he could barely put into words. He had no roadmap, no safety net, no connections — only an unshakable belief that a bigger future was calling him.

What came next was not a straight path.
It was survival.
It was hunger.
It was loneliness.
It was pressure, heartbreak, doubt — and ultimately, rebirth.
